How long will it take to ship?
Many of the items on the site are made to order. Some we keep in stock and are immediately available for shipping. Shipping time therefore varies for different items. Generally we ship within 5 business days but some items may take up to 3 weeks to ship. If timely delivery is crucial due to a happy event with a specific date, please contact us via e-mail or at (800)391-3641 and we should be able to give you a good guestimate for the specific item you desire. What method of shipping is available? We use USPS Priority mail. This is insured and trackable and usually arrives within 2-3 business days in the USA. If you need it faster you can specify USPS Express mail. What are the shipping costs? Free shipping via USPS Priority mail for order over $100. For orders under $100 the price for Priority is $7.50. Express Mail on all orders is $25.00. Return policy 30 day money back guarantee on all items returned in their original condition. Exception: custom made items other than depicted in pictures on this site. Customer responsible for shipping costs. |
